Dearest brother Rudolfo Daniel McGovern,we recall the days at the Bournemouth Town beach, where we used to ride the ponies on the sands off Boscombe pier after Junior school soccer practice & we rode the go-karts @ Tuckton park(Tucktonia),when we were young boys during the very early 1970`s,& you dressed always with a football scarf of the town you lived in once, being Bournemouth A.F.C.. Always the gentleman of the three brothers. We the brothers always respected you for your ways of making good of the times you shared with your closest families.
Rudy,we wish you a heart-felt farewell to the Heavens & we will meet you in the next life our brother!

Rudy will always hold a special place in my heart. He was the first person whom, without knowing any of us, took my family and I into his home when we first arrived in the states back in February of 2001. He made us all feel very welcome, which meant a lot to my family. I remember he took us out around town, showed us some of his favorite restaurants and beach spots, and even took the time to show us which ones were his favorite chocolates here. He did warn us not to eat too many, or our teeth would end up looking like his. I didn’t realize it at the time, but now I comprehend the magnitude of kindness he was capable of. Every time I saw him after that he was always charismatic, always ready to make you smile and laugh. He was a rare gem that now decorates the skyes. He will be truly missed.

Rudy came to stay with us while in primary school in London. A happy joyful little boy, giving baby Jacqueline a wonderful cousin to play with. Rudy liked to stay up late and not to keen to get up in the morning, so his uncle max woke him up 20 mins after he slept and again at 6am. Soon Rudy would sleep early!
While attending Daniel's Christening and spending time with Rudy in Fort Lauderdale, we would sit outside in the evening watching the sunset and night fall, watching bats flying about and chatting until 2am, then neither of us were not to keen to get up in the morning, we needed Max!
Dear Lord, hold Rudy close, really tight in your glorious gentle might.
Daniel, Monica, Felipe and Rolando, the closest of all to Rudy, take courage to face this sad time and from The Album 'The best of Khris Kristofferson' play song number 12 "Help Me".

Rudy McGovern was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He came to the United States as a young boy with his parents Margaret and Vicente and his two brothers Felipe and Rolando and lived in Manhattan throughout the 1970’s.

Rudy attended school in NYC and moved to Long Island in the 1980’s where he worked on home improvements under the name “Home Sweet Home Improvements”.

Later in life, Rudy moved to Florida where his father had retired and he started a new life marrying Monica and they having a son Daniel.

Rudy had just celebrated his 55th birthday with Monica and Danny and he was working on a home sweet home improvement project to his last day.

Good Bless You Rudy
