Ronnie Leigh Martin, 81 of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, passed away on July 5, 2024 in Fort Lauderdale. He was born in Lubbock, Texas to Harry and Iva Martin on July 23, 1942. Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents; Harry and Iva, his second wife; Leesa. Survivors include his 1st wife Bobbie Browne; children, Toni Greatorex (Alan), Leigh Martin (Jeri), Autum Powell and Jazmin Morehouse, granddaughters; Casey Greatorex, Jessie Greatorex, Bailee Greatorex and Charlotte Powell, grandsons; Sebastian Martin and Hunter Morehouse, great grandson; Elliot Kay. Ronnie was well – known in the electrical industry for establishing Everglades Electric in 1971, where he remained president until he retired.
A celebration of life gathering will be held, Saturday, July 20, 2024 from 4 to 7 pm at Kraeer-Fairchild Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 4061 North Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308
