We were happy to know that you and Stanley found each other. Stanley and you have raised great children. Their testimonies are a true reflection of both of your values.

I first met Stanley almost 30 years ago when we both worked for MSI, he was always friendly, funny and smart, I recall many days in the office when his good humor would brighten the mood and get everyone smiling.
I was lucky to work with Stanley again in the years that followed, he continued to be the guy with charm and humor who could also figure out a solution for any tough situation.
I’ve been fortunate to keep in touch with Stanley as we’ve moved along in various positions over the years, sometimes it could have been many months been contact, but every conversation felt like it had just been 10 minutes since we last spoke – he was a great friend, and I will miss him.

I was shocked and saddened by the news of Stanley’s sudden demise. Kunjumol and I send our heartfelt condolences!

I didn’t know Stanley as an adult. My memory goes back to the day he was born. 
February 1, 1969. I was working in Bombay. When I heard about the birth of Stanley I went to visit in the hospital. Stanley’s dad, one of my favorite men of God, seemed to be worried. He was concerned about the safety of the mother and child when discharged from the hospital. Those days there was an agitation going on in Bombay conducted by Shiv-Sena, a local political party, who were demanding all “Madrasis” (all South Indians were referred to as such) to leave Bombay and go back home. They thought the Madrasis were stealing their job opportunities! They took to the streets and started insulting and attacking them.  No wonder Stanley’s dad was worried! I had the privilege of arranging a taxi and escorting them home. I had to spent the night in their apartment as it was not safe to return to my home in Chembur late in the evening. 
Stanley’s grandfather and my grandfather were contemporaries in the Lord’s work in Kerala. 
Stanley’s dad was one of the elders who signed our commendation letter when we left Bombay and  migrated to the States. 
I was privileged to attend Stanley and Nancy’s wedding in Canada. I remember Stanley’s dad introducing me at the reception and narrating the story of escorting them to safety. 
I share your grief at this time. 
I wish I was there for the services. Though we are not physically present our thoughts and prayers are with you. 
I praise God for the blessed hope of reuniting with our dear ones on the other shore.

Stanley was fully of positive energy and often made us all laugh with his impersonation of people and especially our colleagues. I missed those days where we had corridors meeting only to have Stan Crack some jokes after the formal meetings we just had. He just had a way of seeing the fun and humorous side of most situations.

I met Stanley in Jan 1996 in Chicago MSI group. We had such an amazing group of people that we worked with. Stan was one of them. We were young, energetic and fully of optimism for life, our jobs, our colleagues. Those were my great memories of work and a wonderful group of friends. Throughout the years, Stan continued to have positive impact (sometimes without knowing it) on the people around him. We will miss you Stan….

Stanley was a smart and compassionate guy. He was a joy to work with, often bringing an alternative thought provoking view to a situation. Customers loved his presentations as they were informative, delivered with passion and eloquence. We didn’t talk often but when we did it was always a pleasant experience.

My path crossed with Stan when I was working at MSI Chicago. I was a highly-impressionable undergrad student, working alongside many engineers including Stan. 

I was always amazed by Stan’s quiet confidence. He always listened, thought a bit and then responded with some wonderful insight or offered a different perspective. Even back then, he exhibited so many traits that made him someone I looked up to. 

Over the past years, his penchant to read between the lines and look for what cannot easily be seen, stood out in our conversations and texts.

It is such a loss for all of us. I will remember him fondly. Rest in peace Stan. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I am so heartbroken over the loss of my dear friend. We’ve had so many interesting chats over the years: brainstorming the next million dollar idea, Chicago politics, our kids, and life’s many mysteries. Oftentimes it’s a WeChat post or a three word text but it always ends the same way - we laugh and smile and feel like old times at MSI Chicago. He was such a kind and gentle soul with a happy-go-lucky disposition. I will miss you and our chats, Stan, but I know that you will be looking over everybody you loved because that’s just the kind of guy you were. Rest in peace, dear friend.

I am so shocked to hear this sad news of our dear friend’s departure. While I never worked closely with Stanley on any project, I definitely have the sweet memories of him bringing laughter and smiles to the groups he was among. My interaction with him is limited to his official trips to the MSI offices where he will share some of his travel/work related experiences in a very cheerful fashion.

I will always remember Stanley’s smile, and his quiet demeanor. He use to  walk into the office looking nervous but always spoke. One day we had a one on one conversation and that broke the ice.

Stanley and I started work at MSI in the Chicago area on the same day. I walked into the office, saw him sitting in the conference room getting familiar with the software, sat next to him, and we started to learn together.  That is the day our friendship started and I came to realize what a decent guy Stanley was. We worked closely, traveled together, and got to spend good quality time with the larger group in Chicago. Eventually, we all moved on to other jobs and other cities but Stanley and I stayed in touch, every once in a while he would make it to Atlanta and we would get together and reminisce about the good old days. Stanley would be missed. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones.

Stan was more than just a colleague, he was a friend, and he will be deeply missed.

What stood out most about him was his optimism. No matter how tough things got, he always believed there was a way forward. When I was ready to walk away from a deal, convinced it was a lost cause, Stan would keep pushing. And often, he’d prove me wrong, turning it into a win. That was just who he was—determined, persistent, and always looking for the best outcome.

We rarely agreed on politics or the state of the country, but our conversations were always thoughtful and respectful. Stan valued people over opinions, and he had a rare ability to keep things light, even in serious discussions.

In all the years I knew him, I never once saw him lose his temper or let frustration get the best of him. No matter how difficult the situation, he found a way to make us laugh and reminded us that life wasn’t meant to be taken too seriously. His humor made even the hardest days a little easier.

Stan, you left us far too soon. But your kindness, your optimism, and your determination will stay with us. Rest easy, my friend

I always looked up to Stanley. He was always the one with a positive outlook on anything we were working on or in life. I will miss his ability to light up a room with a few words. There was this one time a few years ago where we were all down about a project we were about to lose. But not for Stanley - in his own open and positive way he was able to lift us all up and not only that also called the customer to have a "chat” :) and saved us all. His ability to speak with anyone in an open friendly way was so unique and I will miss speaking with him dearly. I am thankful for the time we had together.

I am going to miss your smile. You were always so cheerful. I still vividly remember the server calling you "get the straw for the baby" after you asked a straw for you water. You didn't even get mad. Instead, you mimicked him every now and then to make us laugh. How can a guy like you with such positive attitude be taking away from us so soon...I am thankful to have an opportunity to scramble work at MSI with you and other wonderful engineers.

Words are powerful and very limited. We pray and we ask that the grace and mercy of the Lord Jesus fills the void of the loss of dear Stanley.  I remember Stanley as a pre-teen when we met at the yearly IBF conferences in the late 70s through the late 80s.  He was a quiet and kind young man who loved his family.  He was a preacher's kid who manged do well with the power of the Lord Jesus.  I was privileged to attend his wedding in Canada, as he married  Nancy, a lovely young lady who is related to me through her mother.  I was delighted to hear that he moved to live closer to his mom and dad, which shows committment to family values.  1 Peter 1:3-5 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.  May the abounding grace of the Lord Jesus, the eternal Love of the Father, and  communion and consolation of the Holy Spirit be with Nancy, her three children, and rest of the family.

Stan was a good, kind man and a dear friend.

He was brilliant, with a deep understanding of so many topics, yet never made anyone feel less than. His unique sense of humor and incredible heart for people made him one of a kind. He had a way of making everyone feel valued, and his kindness will be deeply missed.

I will forever cherish our times together at Parkridge Church, our family vacations, missions trip to India and even those hurricane parties that somehow turned into unforgettable memories. Stan was not only a brainiac but also a good athlete. We had so much fun playing tennis and golf, and I only wish we had more time for one more round, one more match.

The world needs more people like Stan. I love him dearly, and he will be forever missed

Stanley, I first knew of you as a teenager when you married my cousin Nancy. From that moment on, you became family, not just in name but in spirit. 

I will always remember the countless basketball games—whether at Christian conferences or pickup games with the Chicago crew. You brought energy, laughter, and an unshakable sense of brotherhood to all who knew you.  

Your passing is a profound shock to my family and children, and words fail to capture the depth of our sorrow. But we take comfort in knowing that the Lord has called you for a greater purpose. Your wisdom, kindness, and unwavering faith are needed in His heavenly kingdom now. As you reunite with your father, know that we will do everything in our power to support and uplift Nancy and your incredible children.
