Susan Jeanette Schuldt

Sue was born in Lilydale, Minnesota and raised on the West Side of St Paul. Sue was a dedicated legal secretary at Winthrop and Weinstine for 27 years. Sue’s boss, Robert Weinstine, was truly someone she loved working with and she adored him both as her boss and, more importantly, her friend. Sue loved her career and all the close friends she made through work. Work and play tended to blend together, as activities such as bowling leagues were formed with her best friends, Pat and Joyce. Throughout the years, Florida always called Sue’s name. In August 2006, Sue finally took the leap and headed down to the Sunshine State, even though she knew she would miss her work, friends, and activities in Minnesota, that she cherished so much.

After living in Boca Raton for 15 years to help raise her nieces McKenzie and Lexi, Sue’s ultimate dream finally came true in April 2021, when she moved into her nephew Luke’s beachfront condo located in Fort Lauderdale. A true lover of the sun, Sue’s Heaven on Earth was the time she spent going down to the pool and the beach. As much as she loved the Florida sunshine, she enjoyed a quick trip back to visit her friends in Minnesota. Her last visit to Minnesota to spend time with her great-niece Priscilla Lee (Luke and Ciara) and great-nephew Colter John (Jojo and Tom) truly meant the world to her.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents Jeanette and Milo Schuldt, nephew Zak, and niece Theresa. She will be reunited with her loving dog Milo who passed away in 2025. Sue is survived by her siblings Carol, Bill (Jean), Deb, Jean, Jerry (Pam) and Penny (George), as well as many nieces and nephews and their children.

Sue will be laid to rest in the Remembrance Chapel of the Boca Raton Mausoleum on Monday September 21st 2026 at noon. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at https://www.stjude.org/donate
