

He was born on February 15, 1959, in Pittsburgh, PA, to Myles W MacDonald and the late Betty Hopkins MacDonald. Todd graduated from Mt. Lebanon High School, Class of 1977, and earned his bachelor’s degree from Grove City College, Class of 1981.
Todd had a rewarding career in safety and loss control, accumulating 36 years of experience. For the past 17 years, he worked at AmTrust Financial, where he appreciated his colleagues and enjoyed working in the field.
Todd was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and good friend to many. God and family were his priorities. He loved spending quality time together making memories. With a gentle, easy-going spirit, Todd had a humble and thoughtful nature. He had a compassionate heart and always found joy in life's simple pleasures. Todd's laughter was infectious, and his presence brought warmth and happiness to those around him. His passing leaves a deep void in the lives of his family and friends.
In his leisure time, Todd was an avid sports enthusiast. He particularly cherished watching Steeler's football games and was known for his unwavering support. He also enjoyed swimming, playing cards, and spending relaxing time at the beach.
Todd is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Brenda MacDonald (nee Lindle); his children, Aubrey, Myles, and Sarah; his father, Myles W MacDonald; and his siblings, Steve MacDonald, Nona Cortese, Scott MacDonald, Brenda (Brian) Keene. He is also survived by two nieces and four nephews and many loving in-laws.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023, at Calvary Chapel Ft. Lauderdale, located at 2401 W Cypress Creek Rd. The service will take place in the small chapel at the south entrance of the church at 2:00 pm. The family welcomes you to a reception immediately following the service.
Todd Stewart MacDonald will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will forever be cherished in the hearts of his loved ones.
