Uili was born on July 23, 1980 in Faga’alu, American Samoa. At the age of ten months old he was diagnosed with meningitis which ultimately lead him to a lifelong battle with Epilepsy.
Uili never let that hold him back from doing things he wanted to do that was in his control such as a job at Winn-Dixie alongside his cousin Esau and Uncle Lio. He graduated from Hollywood Hills High School class of 1999. In 2005, he bravely chose to undergo dangerous brain surgery in order to reduce his epileptic seizures.
Thereafter, Uili travelled to Cleveland, Ohio with his parents and Grandmother Fiapito by his side to face the intimidating task of brain surgery and conquered it victoriously. Furthermore, Uili would go on to live a simple and jovial life with his family.
The things that Uili enjoyed are his video games, watching his favorite sports teams Miami Dolphins and the Heat and his utmost favorite, WWE Wrestling.
Moreover, Uili loved and enjoyed family gatherings where he interacted with his family and friends. Uili had a big heart, selfless, putting others first and he showed it through his life and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. We are saddened to bid him farewell but are comforted to know he is with our Heavenly Father and our beloved family that has passed before him.
