William Harold Robertson Jr.

William Harold (Billy) Robertson, Jr. was born on February 26, 1959 in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He passed away on May 16, 2022 in Broward Co., Florida and now is rejoicing in Heaven. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, William Harold Robertson, Sr. and Jean Adams Robertson. He loved and respected his parents deeply. Billy is survived by his wife, Denise. They were married on March 22, 1985. He is also survived by children Brady (wife Jennifer) and Sarah (wife Kristin) and four grandchildren, Caleb, Jacob, Jasmine and Nora. Billy had many other "adopted" grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Amy and her husband, Richard, three nieces, Faith (husband Ty), Grace and Joi. He adored his nieces.

Billy grew up in Carrollton, Texas. He received his engineering degree from the University of Texas in Arlington, Texas. He was employed by Motorola for almost 40 years. He was actively involved in his church, Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church of Fort Lauderdale and served weekly behind the scenes. Billy loved to boat, ride his bicycle and entertain families. He was also a licensed pyro technician and used that gift to provide special effects for many events, including the Fort Lauderdale Christmas Pageant.

William’s funeral service and Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, May 28 at 10:30am at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Generation to Generation Campaign for Coral Ridge. https://g2g.crpc.org/
