William Edwin Tapp, 94, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida passed away on May 5, 2011. He is survived by his daughter and many family and friends. Services will be held in Kentucky at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home. Arrangements under the direction of Kraeer-Fairchild Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
