Eric Gordon Loofburrow, born July 18, 1980, in Oregon City, Oregon, was welcomed into the world by his parents, Rita and Gordon, alongside his twin brother, Jason Wayne Loofburrow. A year later, their family grew again with the birth of their sister, Jayme Mae Loofburrow.
Eric spent most of his childhood in Montana, where he loved fishing, riding his bike everywhere, and occasionally finding himself in a bit of mischief—possibly even blowing up a mailbox or two. His adventurous spirit and sense of humor were clear even then. When those Shenanigans got him in trouble, he found he was a pretty good artist, whether It was drawing, or sketching just for fun, Eric had a natural talent for bringing imagination to life on paper. His creativity was just one more way he shared his heart with the world.
In 1998, Eric moved to Bullhead City, Arizona, and attended Mohave High School, where he met his wife, Shilo. The two were married on April 17, 2004. Together, they built a beautiful life and raised three amazing children: Skyler Eric David Loofburrow, Kaylie Jade Loofburrow, and Bodhi Ryan Loofburrow.
Eric worked for BNSF Railway for 19 years. Where he was known for his quick wit, easy smile, and ability to make any situation a little lighter. Whether he was cracking a joke or simply being present, Eric had a way of bringing joy to those around him.
His laughter, love, and smile will be missed tremendously by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
