Betty Louise Myers

Betty was an avid skeet and trap shooter since the 1950s. She won many Championship shoots around the country. Betty was inducted into the National Skeet Shooting Association Hall of Fame in 1992. As an Air Force wife, she traveled to many locations around the world. Betty worked for the United States government for thirty years with the highest security clearance. She was a past member for the Masonic order. Betty was a lover of her cat Trooper as well as a loving mother and wife.

Betty is preceded in death by her first spouse, Wilbur Withrow who passed away while serving in WWII; parents; sister, Juanita Roach and Esther Martin; and her husband, Harold Myers.

Betty is survived by her children William Withrow (Katherine) of Lehigh Acres, Florida and Jerry Myers (Kandy) of Houston, Texas; grandchildren, Derek Withrow (Heli) of Clayton, North Carolina, Bristol Myers (Whitney) of Austin, Texas and Tara Fakhir of Lehigh Acres, Florida; great grandchildren, Zak Fakhir, Jibrael Fakhir, Ben Withrow, Wes Withrow, Archer Myers, Thane Myers. Betty is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
