Dear Elecia, Janay, Dana, Tamika, Ella, Dior and family,

My mom (Linda Smith) called today to tell me that she attempted to call Beverly to wish her happy birthday and when the phone number didn't go through, she searched online and found that Beverly passed.   I'm so very sorry for your loss.

I have fond memories of being a kid, playing with the girls, being in Beverly's home.  It was so much more than that...she taught me kindness and discipline, she was nurturing and always with a beautiful smile and kind laugh.  She shaped my childhood in many positive ways that influence me to this day.  I am grateful to have known her and to have shared those precious years with each of you.  And many years later, knowing Dior working together at IKEA.  

Please accept my condolences, I am very sorry for your loss.  I will always remember Beverly's loving spirit.
