Carl is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Helen Lewis.
He is survived by his wife, Elsie Lewis; children, Carlene Frees, Terry Lewis, Pam Theibert, Shelia Bowler, Debbie Robinson; grandchildren, Ashley Lewis, Jacob Theibert, James Thiebert, Shannon, Jennifer, Courtney, Kevin, Heather, Michele Overmyer; great grandchildren, Kyleigh Frees.
A graveside will be held at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park, 12777 State Road 82, Ft Myers, FL 33913 on Thursday, October 25th at 2pm followed by a luncheon at the funeral home. Info 239-334-4880.
