Dearest Ciria,

It was such a Blessing and a joy to have known you. My greatest memory is the love you have for your children. You left quite a legacy behind in them. Rose brought our two families together for the holidays, birthdays. Just seeing the love you had in your eyes having family around was priceless. Rose would tell me some stories on how you helped the children at school, you were the one that was there to help, not just for a paycheck, and that is something for everyone to be proud of, she made a difference in so many young lives. You will be missed but not forgotten. All who knew Ciria loved Ciria. Or Syria was adored and loved by all. And don’t worry I will keep our Rosa safe.
May the Lord Bless you and keep you. God Bless the Hopkin’s family. Ciria is in the arms of our messiah. The lamb 🐑 of God.
May her love be a blessing. Our hearts are with you.
There is no death, only a change of worlds.
Ciria left this world loved and will be loved beyond.

We love you all
God bless all of you

Grandma took me in as the only puerto rican on the block. She made such an impact on me thorugh her kindness and how she was with her family. Through her, I met Jr, Phillp, Jerry and Carmello and we became brothers. My biggest memories, is of a dog she had that hated me and tried to figure out a way to always bite me.
I will miss you and I will always remember when you would say Jaime, go home boy.

Ciria - was a good friend and I’m blessed that I had the opportunity to work with her in the
Migrant Education Office for 20 years.

She always had a beautiful smile and I loved to hear her laugh.

I pray that God will comfort this family Himself. May He watch and guide you all. May He grant you the strength to endure this great loss. May you find some comfort in knowing that she was a child of God. May her soul rest in peace and may she wake up staring into the splendor of her Heavenly Father' s face. Know that she is at rest in the arms of her creator.
