Keeping all of you in our thoughts, prayers and hugs.

Neil would regularly visit my mom & dads (Bill & Ethel) house. I always enjoyed seeing them there during happy events and during stressful ones. He cared about us a lot and never wanted to lose touch. I absolutely loved the stories we made together. I will miss you and remember you Uncle Neil for the rest of my life. Lord be with the Family and friends. I pray that Your peace, mercy and strength might rest with them during this time of sorrow and loss.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY    I did this yesterday but i did not hit submit.   Dad you were more than a father you were my dad.  you instilled the adventure in my life from boating, water sking, scuba diving , goin to the cabin in homossasa.  As iI got older i continued on the adventure learning to snow ski, sky dive and travel meeting people from everywhere.  you were very much a part of that   Ive never been afraid to do anything  because you were there, my rock my cheerleader.  i dont want to be angry or afraid, but without you Iam SCARED  I loved you more than you will ever know  and i know in my heart You Loved Me.  I will miss you til the day i leave this earth   Thankyou for being my Dad, thank you for being you.  i love and miss you. Love your girl Michele☺♏♑

It saddens me to learn of your passing, I first met Neil  when he was working on Sanibel as a Relator and riding with him is his corvette, we worked together over 5 years side by side in the marine unit and obtained our Captains license together, I will always remember the meals we had at the waterfront restaurant and the time spent together off duty, when I became sick and had kidney surgery he took me into his home and treated me like a son. I will never forget his humor or friendly spirit. Neil was a good cop a straight shooter in both senses being one of the best shots and would tell u like it is. You may be gone be will never be forgotten. God Bless Your Family in this difficult time.

George and I have many fond memories of Neil and his wonderful sense of humor. We are so glad we had the opportunity to reconnect recently with both of you.  Our deepest sympathy to you on the loss of your soul mate.

Our heart goes out to all the family and friends, we have fond memories of family gatherings and loved to hear Neil's stories and jokes, and of course we loved his beautiful warm smile. Gene and Carol Manley

We shot skeet and trap with Neil at the Hansen Range and Gun Club. He was an amazing man. He would give you a friendly smile and a firm handshake when he arrived. Shooting was a passion for Neil. Always trying out new guns, different loads, or a new shooting accessory, he was a true "student of the game".  He would often bring some rare or exotic firearm for us admire, and with it, a fascinating story behind the gun's history, how he got it or who he got it from. Never a dull moment with Neil. When the shooting was over, even with his aches and pains, Neil would help with picking up the used hulls, sweeping up the broken clays and unloading the trap machines. He didn't  have to do it but you could tell, he wanted to do his fair share of the work. When we parted ways, he gave you that same friendly smile and firm handshake along with a heartfelt goodbye. Now, sadly, we say goodbye to you Neil. We will never forget you.

Neil was a great guy to be around. He could always make you laugh with a joke or a story. I enjoyed working with Neil at LCSO. He was one of those people that make you grateful, you had a chance to know him. R.I.P. Neil.

I had the privilege to work with Neil as my Bailiff at the Lee County Justice Center. He brought a great deal of professionalism to the courtroom. Neil had a great sense of humor. He always spoke so proudly of his wife and family. Thank you Neil for your dedicated service to the citizens of our state. I will miss you.

You will be missed by so many Grandpa Neil. Thank you for all of the amazing memories on the range and sharing your passion for guns with me. I will never forget all that you've taught me. I love you. Rest in peace grandpa.

You will be missed by all of us but never forgotten. Your memories will forever be in my heart and I know you will watch down on each and every one of us in the family. I will miss the days when you come down and visit for the holidays or when we would come to you and Grandma and spend the weekend with y'all . I can still remember all the great times we all had together as a family hanging out or going to the gun range to shoot a few rounds. If it weren't for you I would have never got to experience the safety but fun when shooting some guns. I love you forever and always ❤

Dad, I will miss you everyday, your smile, your stories, jokes and wit  the ups and downs life has thrown our way you were always my hero.  You did it your way and I will forever love you and you will always be in my heart.  I believe  I have already felt your presence.
