Dale Mikolak was born on April 14, 1948, and passed away on October 7, 2025. Dale was a respiratory therapist and hospital administrator before retiring. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force where he proudly served as a medic, helping and saving many lives during his time in Vietnam. Although his medical career was without a doubt successful and something to be very proud of, his time in the Air Force is what brought him the most pride. The only thing that made him even more proud was his family. Dale was married to his beloved wife, Beverly, for 48 years. The two loved vacationing, having dinner and coffee, spending time with their horses and watching their daughter, Marissa, ride throughout the years, watching their grandsons, Shepherd and Silas, and working out together. Dale has three daughters who he loved very much, Lisa, Terri, and Marissa. He has four grandsons, Shepherd, Silas, Devon, and Cameron. Dale also has two granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Lindsey, and one great grandson, Oakley. Dale loved his family.
Dale was reunited in Heaven with his brother, Bob, beloved brother-in-law and good friend, Bill, various other loved family members and friends, and several beloved pets including Lucky, Striker, Quincy, Jack, Sydney, Lala, Tink, Goldie, Star, and Brandy.
Dale will be deeply missed by his family. If you would like to donate in Dale’s honor, you may donate to Animals and Kids LLC (where Beverly and Marissa volunteer) by going to www.animalsandkidsswfl.com.
