Diane Elyse Homan

Diane E. Homan, 72, of Fort Myers passed away Friday, July 29, 2022. She was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan on June 24, 1950 to Walter and Grace Valk. Diane worked as a Registered Nurse in Michigan and Florida. She specialized in working in the recovery room. She enjoyed working out, working in the yard, going on cruises and dancing – especially to Motown. Diane was preceded in death by her daughter, Christine Homan-Hoerner and her parents. She is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years, Rob Homan, her daughter, Carolyn Homan, her granddaughter, Morgan Hoerner and her brother, Dr. Timothy Valk. Visitation will be held Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 10 until the time of the memorial service at 11 am. Inurnment will follow in Lee Memorial Park Cemetery.
