When we have talked the last few days, I heard in your voice the same pride in your father that I had shared with you just a few short weeks before. Although many knew him as Edgar, out of respect, I knew him as Mr. Gallops. My heart goes out to your mother and Mike as well. I will never forget the stories of 'old' that he shared with me.
You have always been a good friend and to your daddy, a great son.
Your family is in my thoughts. Peace, Danny

Madeline, you and Ed were our neighbors years go when all our children were growing up. My girls grew up loving you and Ed as family. Ed and Allen spent many weekends in the woods hunting. So many memories, I could write a book. Kristi told me about the special stories Ed shared with her recently about times he spent with her dad. They meant so much to her. You and you family are in my thoughts and prayers during this time. I love you all.
