Edmund Kenneth Charles

Edmund Kenneth Charles, age 58, of Lehigh Acres, Florida passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025. He was born in Point-A-Pierre, Trinidad and Tobago, to Edmund Charles and Pearl Regis, and was a graduate of St. Peter’s School in his hometown.

A hardworking entrepreneur, Edmund was the proud owner of a mobile detailing business. In addition to his professional success, he was a self-taught drummer, using his talent to play worship music for the Lord at Restoration Church. Edmund’s passion for music was only matched by his love for his family and his unwavering faith.

Edmund was an avid and loyal fan of the Cincinnati Bengals, often bringing excitement and energy to every game. His zest for life and his devotion to his loved ones were unmatched.

Edmund was predeceased by his beloved father, Edmund Kenneth Charles Sr. He is survived by his loving wife, Sarah (Rohrkasse) Charles, and his five children: Rhadell Anston Troy Smith (wife Shemiah), Edmund Kenneth Charles III, Isaiah Kenneth Charles, Jacob Louis Charles, and Andrew Brennan Charles. He was also the cherished grandfather of Seth Azriel Xavier Smith and is survived by his mother, Pearl (Regis) Charles.

He leaves behind his siblings: Joanne (Neal) Beightol, Sharon (Jay) Jones, Curtis Charles, and Maria (Nathaniel) Charles. Edmund was also a proud uncle to many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, January 23rd at House La Luz 13510 Tamiami Trail N Naples FL 341101 at 2:00PM.
