I loved my mom in the purest way I could. And I know she loved me. However it hurts knowing I know longer have the luxury  of answering her call and hearing her say…”Hey Danie, how are you? I know you’re working , but I needed to call you and hear your voice and tell you how much I love you .” And I will miss that so much! 

Mom, I am so grateful for you, for always being with me through ups and downs, through happiness and hardships., for your strength,  the way you faced every challenge including your illness with grace and courage. Thank you for your sacrifices and for loving me without any condition. 

Through any of your struggles, I never saw you give up. And that is the woman that inspires me.

Seven years ago I was introduced to Ms Morrow when she came into the office to see Dr Butler.  May I add “The Only Physician she trusted!”  I not only met a new patient but I developed a new friendship! 

Ms Morrow & I immediately connected. I knew when her name was on our schedule, it was going to be a Fantastic day that included lots of laughter. 

Through the years we shared many fond memories of our families.  Family was the most important thing to her as it is mine. I always loved hearing stories about her daughters & grandkids & was ready for a chuckle bc this made her heart happy!

I admired Ms Morrows courageousness through her battles with “Cancer”.  She never once complained no matter how bad she felt or how much pain she was experiencing. She would just smile and say “im fine honey.”  “How are you & Dr. B & has he gone fishing lately?”  She was truly a selfless person! Doesn’t surprise me she worked in the medical field for over 30 years! 

Leaving a visit she would always throw her arms around us to give us a big hug!  This I always embraced & will miss so much! I would say, “see you in a month & I’ll be checking on you.” Her reply, “I will be waiting for your call.”  

Fast forward to March 24, the day I knew would come But the phone call I honestly dreaded to receive. Immediately the tears flowed. I was selfish in knowing 1 of my absolute favorite patients had gone home to rest in the loving arms of her savior Jesus Christ!  But I was also praising the lord for making Ms Morrows body whole again without pain & suffering. 

 I know the heavens were a glorious sight on the evening of March 22.  And I’m sure the words from verse 2 Timothy 4-7 “ 'Well done, my good and faithful servant , you fought the good fight and finished the race now enter into the joy of your master were said!”  

RIP Eileen you will truly be missed but never forgotten. 👼🪽

My sincere condolences to Eileen's entire family.  As you mourn her passing, I pray that God will comfort and strengthen you during this time of sorrow. I was blessed to have known and worked with Eileen for several years. She was a phenomenal woman and a gift to her patients, and  to everyone who had the pleasure of meeting her. 

Her contagious warm smile, mischievous twinkling eyes,  
 laughter and warmth enveloped us all. The unparalleled compassion, empathy , and dedication to making everyone she met feel at home, knew no bounds.  Eileen was magical. She  made memories like this. One Christmas eve Eileen and I worked. The Christmas presents were not wrapped for my children and I was sick and worried. Eileen told me to bring the presents to work. I was not aware at the time that she had rounded up the staff to help wrap the presents. At 3am she asked me to go to the break room. When I opened the door, every present was wrapped.  

It has been over 20 years and I still get emotional every time I recall that moment.  She made hundreds of moments like this  for family, friends and strangers (who would soon become friends). She persevered when adversity knocked on her door time, and time again. She handled life's challenges with a smile and grace.

To her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren,  you are all her greatest treasures and her legacy. Eileen, you have fought the good fight and earned your wings in heaven. Rest in the arms of Jesus, my dear friend. Thank you for  sharing your light and love with us. The world will not be the same without you in it.

Memaw you will be greatly missed! This video is one we cherish as it shows just how your spunky personality resonated with us all! Memaw the kids and I love you very very much and we know we will see you again one day.

To my crazy Aunt Eileen who we will all miss so much, known for calling all times of the morning and night, always there to talk or listen or just to look at each other. Yep, that was my Aunt Eileen. 
Known for the smallest pieces of cake at birthday parties and when asked can we get a little more she would say no you only need a bite or 2, you don't need any more than that. Yep, that was Aunt Eileen.
Known for sitting up all night looking around and listening this was called our burger hunting time. LOL. Yep, that was Aunt Eileen.
I have to say Aunt Eileen, I know you got this from your own mom,
your personality, laughter, smile, and your talking, you had a gift for gab. LOL
Aunt Eileen growing up I remember always seeing you come over and checking on us making sure we were okay thank you for loving us like your own. 
Thank you for the text you sent me saying how proud you are of me. 
Aunt Eileen no one will ever take your place you were my best Aunt.

I miss you so much Memaw.  I didn’t think of you as just a grandma to me. You were much more. You were a mom and a best friend. 

 You always encouraged me to be better than the person I was yesterday.

You were such an inspiration. You inspired me with your strength and resilience. You were one of the strongest people I have known. 

I hope to make you proud and I can’t wait till the day we see each other again. 

I promise to take every advice you have given me through life and live by them.

I love you so much! I hope you felt the love I have for you.

When it’s my time save me a seat and have me a deck of cards ready to deal.

Eileen  was my dear friend for many years.  I know she has brought joy and laughter to the Heavens above now. What a kind soul she was! We had good times and many laughs thru the yrs.
