Ewan George Brown, born on November 4, 1935, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 24, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was a devoted husband, father, and friend whose kindness, generosity, and willingness to help others touched everyone he met.
Known affectionately as Brownie, Daddus, Daddy Brown, and Daddy, he carried a gentle spirit and a warm smile that made people feel welcomed and valued. His legacy of love, strength, and determination will continue to live on through his family and all who were blessed to know him.
Visitation will be held at Palmetto Church of God, 1123 Veronica S Shoemaker Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33916, US, on August 8, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by the Funeral Service at the same location from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
A Committal Service will take place at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park, 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers, FL 33913, US, on August 8, 2026, from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm.
