Faye Louisa Katchur

Faye L. Katchur, 87, of Fort Myers and formerly of Hagerstown, Maryland passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at Ebenezer Assisted Living in Lehigh Acres, Florida. She was born in New Jersey on August 31, 1936.

Faye worked at Washington County Hospital as a First Assistant in Neurosurgery. After retirement, she volunteered at Red Cross Blood Drives and was an active Washington County Hospital Auxiliary member.

She is survived by her daughters: Denise Anna (Chris) Reynard and Andrea Faye (Dave) Munson; grandchildren: Taylor Ian (Sam) Compton, Nolan (Natalie) Compton, Ethan Compton, Grant (Laura) Spencer and Deni (Dan) Gonsalves; great-grandchildren: Ava, Tessa, Charlie and Connor; sister: Esther (Rickey) Hartsock and brothers: Curtis (Barbara) Kendall, John (Jan) Kendall and Moe (Pam) Kendall. Faye was preceded in death by her husband Dennis, brother, Raymond Joseph Kendall, and her parents, Curtis and Elizabeth Kendall.

Services will be private.
