Frances Marie Lanzetti, beloved sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 28, 2024. Born on July 12, 1933, to Joseph and Josephine Lanzetti in Eastchester, NY, Frances spent her early years in Eastchester, where she developed a passion for learning and a commitment to community service.
Frances worked for many years at the Westchester County Medical Library in Valhalla, NY, where she was known for her dedication and warmth. In 1980, she relocated to Lehigh, Florida, and continued her career with the Lehigh Corporation until her retirement.
An active parishioner at St. Raphael’s Church, Frances held numerous roles in the Italian American Club. She was also a talented crafter, enjoying crochet and other handiwork with her close friends in her cherished “stitch and bitch” group. Her love of cooking and baking was well known, especially during family visits, where her hospitality and culinary talents shone.
Frances is survived by her loving nieces, nephews, and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews who will forever cherish her memory and the joyful moments they shared.
