Francisco Colon III

Frankie was predeceased by his father, Francisco Colon Jr.; his maternal grandparents, Wilfredo Irizarry and Abigail Castro Irizarry; and his paternal grandparents, Francisco Ocasio Colon and Melquiades Garcia Bonilla.

He is survived by his devoted spouse, Delena Colon; his beloved son, Jason; his mother, Linda Colon; and his sister, Vanessa Colon-Mercado. He is also lovingly remembered by his niece, Jasmine Cubillan, and her husband, Jonathan Gonzalez; his nephew, Victor Mercado; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A gifted chef, Frankie found joy in feeding and caring for others. His quick wit and warm sense of humor could brighten any room, lifting the spirits of everyone around him. Known for his generous heart, he never hesitated to stop what he was doing to help someone in need. Frankie was deeply loved by all who knew him, and his absence will be felt profoundly.

A committal service will be held at Lee Memorial Park Cemetery, located at 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers, FL 33913, US. The service is scheduled for December 5, 2025 at 3:00 pm.
