He served in the US Navy. Frank was a great family man and loving father to his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. He is survived by his children, Raymond (Deborah), Carol, Helen (Tommy), William (Sue), Rosella (Joe), Robert, Elaine (Scott), Loretta and sisters Ruthie & Tressie. He is preceded by his wife Florence; his parents Bertie & Allen, brother Jimmy and sister Jenny.
Visitation will be held at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park on Tuesday July 19, 2016 from 9 am until the time of the funeral service at 10 am. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park Cemetery.
