Gary was a colleague of mine in Iowa.  Gary always had a smile on, and gave great advice.  Gary, you will be truly missed.  My deepest sympathies.

I worked with Gary up in Sterling, Illinois and we became good friends. When he moved to Clear Lake, IA and then to Florida, we kind of lost touch. Just last week, I found him on Facebook and we emailed back and forth and renewed the long distance friendship. In his email last week, he told me how happy he was in Florida and now I read of his passing. So sad that we lost so many years of friendship due to distance, but I am so blessed that we rekindled the friendship just days before his passing. My deepest sympathy to his family, I knew he loved you with all of his heart because he spoke of you all often. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

My heart goes out to Gary's family. He was a good man and I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent talking with him. You will be missed and remembered.
