Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and LaVonne Sipper. He is survived by his children: Timothy (Erin) Sipper, Dylan (Derisya) Brimhall, Brandon Brimhall and Jenna Jensen; his grandchildren: Dawson, Gabriella, Rissa, Stephen and Matthew; and his brother, Robert C. (Debbie) Sipper.
