Jared Edward Breunig

Jared Edward Breunig, 33, of Fort Myers, FL passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Gulf Coast Medical Center, Fort Myers, FL. Jared was born Friday, July 8, 1983, in Point Pleasant Hospital, Point Pleasant, NJ, the beloved son of John and Vera (Niosi) Breunig.

He graduated from Brick Memorial High School in Brick, NJ where he was a varsity baseball player. As Catcher, he was named Defensive Player of the Year during his senior year. Jared later attended The College of New Jersey, Ewing, NJ.

Jared will be remembered by all as a kind, intelligent, loyal, and loving man with an infectious smile, beautiful eyes, and warm personality. He worked in various aspects of the restaurant business both in California and Florida. He loved his job and the staff at Roy's Restaurant in Bonita Springs, Florida.

He is survived by his mother, Vera (Niosi); his father, John; brother, Joshua and wife, Sarah and beloved niece, Annabelle.

He is also survived by his aunts, Marie Breunig, Barbara Bhan, and Phyllis Harris as well as his cats, Brando and Whitey.

In honor of Jared, the family would like to invite you to an informal gathering at their home on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 from 1 – 3 PM.
