She was the beloved wife of James (Jim) Godsell for 61 years and loving mother of the late Gina Godsell.
Born in Boston, Ma. Jeanette graduated from Framingham State College and taught in the Boston Public Schools for many years.
A Celebration of Life Mass will be held on April 11, 2026 at 11 am at the Church of the Resurrection, 8121 Cypress Lake Drive, Ft. Myers.
Jeanette’s daughter, Gina, who died on December 30, 2025 will also be honored at the Celebration of Life Mass.
