He was a volunteer fire fighter with the Immokalee Fire Department. He was also an Auxiliary Deputy, Officer 834, with the Collier County Sheriffs Department.
He is survived by his wife, Jesusita T. Crews, of Immokalee. His sister, Janet Crews Whidden (Jay) of Immokalee. Survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Jim Paul and Margaret Penny Crews.
