All my prayers and love to the Powell family. Karen was a mother to so many, friend to all she met. You will be dearly missed, remembered fondly, loved deeply. Julie and Jason my prayers are with you.

Mrs. Powell, I will never forget you. You were the kindest momma. My heart goes out to Julie and Jason.

Mrs. Powell, you were such a loving woman. I will never forget how kind you were to me when I was younger, you always made me feel like I was part of the family. I send all my love to Jason and Julie and the rest of the family. Rest In Peace lovely lady.

Karen would always greeted everyone with a smile when we would come into the clubhouse at Colonial Country Club.  We will all miss her very much. Condolences to her family and know she is now at peace. Marianne

Karen always greeted Colonial Country Club 'exercisers' with a smile and pleasant conversation.  She surely never complained about any health or personal issues but rather took an interest in our lives.  She will be missed by many snowbirds as we return this fall.
