

Ken was born in Milwaukee, WI in 1930 and he studied law at Marquette University. He moved with his beloved wife of 62 years, Florence Elias (Ostrowski), to Florida in 2011. Ken enjoyed woodworking, and traveling with family.
Ken served in the United States Army during the Korean War, and he was proud to be a Sergeant with the City of Milwaukee Police Department. He also enjoyed several years employed at Funjet Airlines.
He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Helen Elias, and his sister Lois Gluntz. He is survived by His beloved Wife Florence; his brothers Raymond and Roger Elias; five children: Karen Bortman (Craig Doucette), Mark (Sandra) Elias, Susan Geach, Michael (Stacie) Elias, and Mary (Fred) Newman; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was further survived by countless other family and friends.
Visitation at 10:00 AM – 12 PM Services to follow, May 9, 2105 at Hodges-Kaiser Funeral Home in Fort Myers. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Police Relief Association of Milwaukee (www.pra-milwaukee.com).
