LaVonne Caroline Dampier age 75, of Ft Myers, FL passed away on September 20, 2016. She was a founding co-owner of Frank’s Roofing and Spraying, which was established in 1969. In early retirement she accomplished her dream of owning and operating a hotel in North Carolina that was previously owned by her brother Lon Londo. LaVonne is survived by her husband of 56 years,Frank Dampier; four sons, Dean (Karen) Dampier, Steve (Mary) Dampier, Kenny Dampier, and Charles (Amie) Dampier; grandchildren, Kevin Rosenquist, Ashley Donahoo, Lisa Buck, Christopher Dampier, Kathy Lundy, Kaitlyn Dampier, Matthew Dampier, Brett Abrams, and Brian Abrams; great grandchildren, Zachary Donahoo, Dalton Rosenquist, Connor Donahoo, Bryson Rosenquist, Carlie Lundy,Brandon Dampier, and Wyatt Lundy; brother, Dean Londo.
A visitation will be held at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park, 12777 State Road 82, Ft Myers, FL 33913 on Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 6-8pm. The funeral service will be held Sunday, September 25, 2016 at the funeral home at 1pm followed by burial at Lee Memorial Park Cemetery. Info 239-334-4880.
