Lawrence F. “Pops” Rillera, 84, of Fort Myers and formerly of Philadelphia, PA passed away April 4, 2018. Larry will be buried with military honors at Sarasota National Cemetery in Sarasota, FL on Friday, April 27, 2018 at 1:00pm.
Larry is survived by his sons, Lawrence J. (Anne), John M. (Corine), Angelo Q. (Marietta) and Joseph B. (Susan). He was predeceased in death by his wife, Maria C. (nee Solis) and his sons, Charles A. and James M.
Larry is also survived by sister, Grace Stith, 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Larry was born in Philadelphia, PA. He served in the U.S. Army and graduated from La Salle University in 1969. He retired as a senior quality control engineer from DTE Energy in Michigan and enjoyed retired life in Fort Myers, Florida. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
