Lee grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee where he graduated from Central High School. In 1960 he came to Fort Myers with his wife Pat, son Gary, his dad, Raymond, his mother, Mildred and brothers, Melvin & Ralph.
Lee worked beside his dad in the business R M Dean Concrete until his father’s passing. In 1977 he and Pat started Lee Dean & Son’s where his sons Gary & Chris worked beside him. He loved getting up, putting on his white tee shirt and khaki shorts, getting in his pickup and getting to his shop. Besides his family, work was his priority. He was not a sit in the shop owner. He was always on the job. With Pat, Scarlett & his junior secretary, Katie taking care of the other side of the business he could devote his time doing what he loved. Sunday was always the Lord’s day of rest when he enjoyed gravy, biscuits and NASCAR.
He Has Left A Footprint On All Who Knew Him!!
He is survived by his devoted wife, Pat; sons: Gary (Lynette) and Chris (Missy); grandson, Garrett; granddaughter, Jenna; great grandson, Weston; his beloved Uncle Tater and his baby Sweetie.
