Lillian Forster
November 20, 1925 – May 8, 2022

Lillian Forster, 96, went to heaven on Sunday, May 8, 2022. She was born and raised on Chicago’s Southside and was a former member of Visitation parish.
Lillian was preceded in death by her parents, Al and Ethel Clifton; son, Jack; brother, George and sister, Mary.
She is survived by her daughters, Mary (Bob) Gerwig and Susan (late Roy) Hull; daughter-in-law, Diane (late Jack) Forster and brother, Bud Clifton. Grandchildren, Bob (Pearl) Gerwig, Jean (John) Rafacz, Roy and Andy Hull, Susan Cox and Joe Forster. Great grandchildren, Lily, Jack, Charlie and Malachi Rafacz, Jonathan Rodriguez, Mykayla and Garrett Cox.
Lillian met and married the love of her life, John, in Chicago where they started Forster Decorating. They built a home and moved to Sanibel Island, FL in the mid-seventies. After John’s passing, Lillian moved to Fort Myers, FL. She enjoyed golf, playing cards with her lady friends and was a very talented quilter.
Lillian was the greatest Mom and Grandmother. She had a wonderful long life and was dearly loved by her family. She will be greatly missed. A celebration of life will be at a later date in June.
