Mark Petersohn, who was a gift to us, was born November 21, 1959. He passed June 24, 2019 surrounded by his beloved wife, Janice Petersohn and their son, Sean Petersohn of Chicago, IL. Mark is also survived by his mother, Adele (Tremblay-Petersohn); brother, David Petersohn of Ft Myers, FL; sister, Michele (Mike) Woolum; nephew, Logan Woolum; uncle, Daniel (Mary) Tremblay; aunt, Beverly Tremblay; and cousins, Melodee and Greg and uncles, aunts and cousins from Vermont and Wisconsin.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Petersohn and his uncle, Claude Tremblay.
Mark spent 20 years traveling from states to countries before his father retired from the US Air Force. He graduated from Riverdale High School and from Lee County Vocational Tech School.
Mark was Sears Corporate lead trainer with Home Service over 42 years. Mark received an outstanding job with Sears by his positive approach on his final exam repairing a small engine. Performance with a positive approach to all tasks in a highly professional manner and dedication were rewarded at Sears’ annual banquets 4 years in a row. With his thorough job knowledge, initiative and experience he trained numerous personnel during his years at Sears.
The family would like to thank everyone who sent beautiful floral arrangements, food and monetary donations, called us with kind words, sent a card or were just there for us.
