Octavia Dyshon Blair

Octavia Dyshon Blair, age 39, of Lehigh Acres, Florida passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021. Octavia was born December 24, 1981 in Newark, New Jersey to his parents Rosemary Landrum and the late Egbert Blair. Octavia, a loving husband to his wife Jamie Blair. Beloved father to his four children, daughters Madison, Marissa, Mariah and son Billy. Loving brother to Cynthia, Lisa, & Krystal Brothers: Jason, Lahani (Chavel) & Tamir (Courtney), and the late Kenya & Vandrias Grant. He is also survived by his close family friend Carlos Lopez, host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

OT as everyone called him, was an old school family man. All he wanted to do was provide for and be with his family whom he loved more than anything. OT enjoyed being at home with his family swimming in the pool and having movie nights every Friday. Whenever OT was around you would always hear either country or oldies playing. He was very proud of his position at The Parts House, where he was one of the top Battery Sales Reps for the company under his boss/close friend Ed Yaeger. OT was a friend to many and will be greatly missed.

A visitation for Octavia will be held Sunday, August 29, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park, 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers, FL 33913, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
