Gma  today was the hardest day of my life. But always one of the happiest. I got to see you again I miss your face so much gma. You always showed me that you loved me. No matter what it was ok baby ok. I miss you your cooking your smile. You always made me happy. I love you gma

Dear olive, so many memories, thanks for being my kids Grandma, I remember times when I had no place to go, you would accommodate me and the kids, I appreciate all you done for my family, if it wasn’t for you..  things definitely would’ve been worst, thank God I had the pleasure of meeting you, truly a rear gem.. they don’t make them like you, anymore.. you will be remembered forever in our Hearts, those that live through us, shall never die.. your legacy definitely remains..  one love 

My dear Grandmother, my heart is heavy knowing that you are no longer physically here. However I am thankful for all the memories you’ve left me with. With you I’ve never heard the word no. You were such an amazing person! Your energy alone would always lift my spirits. I hope you know just how much I love you and will miss you!

I'm Teanicke Sullivan, the very first Grand Daughter, sencond grandchild, we use to have fun with Aunt Olive, because she was too young to be called Grandma.. So we eat up all her food, broke her good stuff.. But never got a spanking, once went shopping and got knocked down by her behind.. A.k.a big booty judy.  And once watch her wrestling with my sister, her granddaughter veve... Rolling over the living room floor.. Her basement parties.... How sweet she could be... Love you Grandma... Rest in paradise

Hey grandma I was waiting to to see you I’m so sorry  I couldn’t make it in time . I remember when I use to wait for you to come to my house  all day ,now I won’t be able to see you anymore.  I’m still glad I had you in my life and enjoyed every moment with you.I love you and I promise to be the best man I can be grandma. I miss you many hugs and kisses to you Thank you !

Grandma , words cannot begin to explain the amazing impact you’ve had on my life, this is extremely hard to write as if you where gone , when I know for a fact you are with me every single day right by my side , I love you more than anything in this world . 

We have lost one of earth s most wonderful caring sole  to say one memory wouldn’t do just to the rest the only thing I know is whenever you needed someone  she is always here for you

My mom was one of the kindest, most selfless woman I know. She gave her all and then some. She earned her angel wings on September 19th and she will forever be missed by her kids, her grandkids, her step kids, her sister, nieces and grandnieces. I will always love you mother. You were such a good mom and my brothers and I could always call on you and you would be there. Mommy you leave me feeling empty, but I know you will be watching over us. Love you much mommy. Kisses and hugs from us all.

There are few women whose lives will be remembered with the fondness that will immortalize the memories of Olive Cameron-Morgan, affectionately called “Aunt Olive” by her three children, Fay, Jasper, & Lloyd, stepchildren, Jackie, Eva, & Yanique, 15 grandchildren and various great-grandchildren. Olive was born in Kingston, Jamaica on October 30 of 1938 to Ms. Edna Blidgen and Mr. Leonard Lawson. She was the oldest child of this union and grew up with her younger sister Doret Lawson. From an early age Olive recognized her role in the family as the charming, outgoing, and social one. She loved her life and lived it to the fullest. While she was in Kingston, she earned her living as a seamstress and created and repaired dresses for many of her neighbors.
Olive migrated to the United States in June 1968 to accept a position as a nanny. She remained in this position for one year until she was offered a position as a Nurse’s Assistant for Greenwich Hospital, in Greenwich, Connecticut. She remained with Greenwich Hospital until her retirement in 2004 after 35 years of service.
After retirement, she moved to Lehigh Acres, Florida. She made new friends and joined the church at St. Anselm’s Episcopal Church. She enjoyed her church family and helped in whatever way she could. I remember her telling me she had to cook for this and that event at the church, but she enjoyed it because it kept her busy and involved. She also joined the Domino Club in Lehigh Acres to continue expanding her friend base while playing a game of Domino and Bingo with her fellow Jamaicans.
Olive is survived by her husband of 22 years, Percival Morgan, daughter Fay, sons Jasper & Lloyd, Stepchildren Yanique, Jackie, & Eva, Sister Doret, niece Donna, 15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Her sister Doret is her only living sibling. Olive is predeceased by her brother Ronald.
Olive’s friends and family will always treasure the memories shared, but will remember the lessons she inspired – Love
