Patricia A. Brown

Patricia Brown, 82, passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. She was born on July 29, 1943, in Ohio to Vincent and Mildred Schafer. Patricia graduated from Continental High School in Ohio and married the love of her life, Harold Brown, on September 24, 1960.

Patricia worked as a prep cook for Burdines and Publix and was a devoted homemaker. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing and creating lasting memories with her family.

She is survived by her children, Larry Brown and his wife, Laurie; Trisha Parson; Randy Brown and his wife, Lisa; Brian Brown and his wife, Michelle; and Melissa Ritenburg and her husband, James. She also leaves behind 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and her siblings, Jack, Diana, Kim and Sandi.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Harold Brown; her son, Stanley Brown; her sisters, Carol and Elaine; and her brother, Larry.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 6, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park, 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers, Florida. Interment will follow at Lee Memorial Park Cemetery.
