Peregrina Matamala

Peregrina is predeceased by her husband, Luis Matamala.

Peregrina is survived by her children, Sergio Matamala and Luis (Kathy) Matamala; her grandchildren, Mitchell and Gabrielle; her sister, Lilly Ferrari, and many other extended family and friends.

Peregrina became a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse and was committed to the patients she served throughout her career. She was devoted to her family and her faith. She enjoyed anytime that she could bring her family together whether it was a beach picnic or a cookout. Her faith in God was a strong foundation for her and something she cared about deeply during her lifetime. Peregrina was a beloved spouse, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be dearly missed.

A graveside service for Peregrina will be held Wednesday, July 5, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park, 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers, FL 33913.
