I was gonna post happy birthday on my uncle Phil's timeline and just  discovered he past away. This saddens my heart, he was one of the best uncle I could've asked for! I have lots of great childhood memories with my uncle and aunt. Uncle Phil was a great man and role model I can only be blessed to say he was my uncle! Now he is played to rest and he is in a wonderful place no more pain or sarrow no more tears or grief! Nothing but happiness and peace and for that I can only be happy for him, he is with our father and I will always have all those very special memories we shared together! RIP uncle Phil!

My thoughts and prayers are with the Hursell Family. We lived next door to them on Wayne St. We went to the same church and rode on the bus Phil drove. He was such a good bus driver. Always laughing and smiling. I remember him going out of his way to pick up anyone that needed a ride to church. June made the best fried chicken too. Our families were intertwined so much. Such good memories! He's with the lord now and with my mom and dad. May God comfort the family and give them strength.

So sorry to hear of Phil's passing.  He was a true man of God.  Always willing to give a helping hand wherever needed.  I pray for God's peace and comfort for your family.

I have known Phil since I was a young girl. One of my memories of him, he drove the church bus full of kids to our house to go swimming in our pool! I We had a lot of good times with him. I know he is rejoicing with the Lord! You will be missed. Praying for the family for comfort and strength.

My condolences to the entire Hursell family. Phil was thee man I remember as a childhood hero.  Taught Sunday School, led Royal Rangers, and tirelessly drove the church bus whenever needed.  My guess is he will be living is a pretty big mansion in heaven.  May God bless this wonderful family.

So very sorry to hear about Phil passing. He was always a pillar at church. He was always there, and always had his family there. This is how I remember and always will remember Phil. As a steadfast christian and family man. God bless the family.

I will always remember Phil as a kind, loving, faithful man of God. He was a friend to our family for as long as I can remember & he will be greatly missed. No more pain or suffering; I know he is in Heaven rejoicing with the angels & sitting at the feet of our Lord. RIP my dear friend you are finally home. Wonderful memories living on Wayne Street next door to the Hursells.  He used to take me to school in the winter.
