Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Debbie Blackburn; grandchildren: Dana Blackburn and Darin (Crysten) Blackburn; great grandchildren: Marissa Mishcel, Mason Blackburn, Isaiah Blackburn, Brodie Blackburn and Lilliana Blackburn; nieces: Tammy Hayes and Michelle Baca; nephew, James Turner and dear friends: Susan Ruble and Lynn Shields Beard. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Foster and Zeta Turner; her brother, James Richard Turner; granddaughter, Danielle Janene Blackburn and great grandson, Nathan Blackburn.
There will be a Service of Remembrance for Phyllis on Saturday, September 13th at 2:30 pm at Hope Hospice 2430 Diplomat Pkwy E, Cape Coral, FL 33909.
