Phyllis N. Snell, 71, passed peacefully at Lee Memorial Health Park on 12-28-11. The daughter of Samuel and Naomi Stratis, she was born in Cambridge, Mass on 2-22-40. In 1959, she was married to her highschool sweetheart, George Snell. Phyllis moved to Tarpon Springs, FL with her husband and children in 1976. For over 21 years she was a successful Realtor in the Tampa Bay area. In 2007, she moved to Ft Myers, FL to be closer to her son and his family. She was preceded in her death by her husband of 40 years, George Snell, and son, Samuel Snell. A devout Baptist, Phyllis is home with the Lord.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Linda Snell; son, Dean Snell; daughter-in-law, Barbara Snell; and 4 grandchildren: Daniel & Leigh Sawyer and twins, Katherine & Samuel Snell.
