Renette “Renie” Frank (nee Olewin) loving wife, mother, grandmother and aunt passed away peacefully March 12, 2025 at the age of 79. Born in Chicago, IL on July 30, 1945 to Henry and Renette Olewin, she is survived by her husband William Frank, Sr, her children, Becky (Frank) Militello, and William (Samantha) Frank, Jr., and her grandchildren, Maggie, Danny, Melanie and Emily. She also leaves behind her sister Vicki (Jerry) Engelberg and many adored cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Renie loved spoiling her grandchildren and spending as much time with them as she could. She had a big outgoing personality and had many friends in both Frankfort, IL and Fort Myers, FL. She loved playing mahjongg, cards, and attending her various women’s clubs.
A celebration of Renie’s life will be held in her honor this summer in Illinois.
