Roy Val Hopkins age 70, of Ft Myers, Florida passed away on October 8, 2018. He was a registered nurse for 50 years. Roy was very knowledgeable about antiques and was proprietor of Generations Antiques. He loved dogs, cows, chickens, and farming. Most of all he was a wonderful Husband, Father, Son, and Brother.
He is preceded in death his parents, Ruth Ann Hopkins and John Walter Hopkins; and brother, Norman Hopkins. Roy is survived by his wife, Kathleen Hopkins; children, Anna (Jerry) Sheffield, and John (Jessica) Hopkins; grandchildren, Charlotte Sheffield, Jessenia, Jenavieve, Jaxson, and Jaycen; siblings, Don Hopkins and Betty Hopkins, as well as his fur babies Penny, Hank and Rusty.
A Graveside service will be held at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park, 12777 State Road 82, Ft Myers, FL 33913 on Saturday, October 13th 2018 at 2pm. Info 239-334-4880.
