Ruth Sayers Buchanan passed away May 27, 2011 at her home in Cross Creek. She was born January 8, 1921 in Central Falls, RI.
She is survived by her children, Stephen Bostwick, Paul Bostwick, Thomas Buchanan and Pamela Brown. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Todd, Paul, Grant, Ethan, Michael, Judah, Gabriel, Dyane, Renee, Victoria and Taylor.
Mom was a compassionate and dedicated nurse. She also worked for many years as an administrative assistant for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. She retired at the age of 87.
A celebration of her life will be held on June 18, 2011 from 2-4 P.M. at the Bell Tower Park Clubhouse, 5100 Bell Tower Park Blvd., Fort Myers, FL, 33912.
