Shirley was born on October 6, 1939 in Turkey Creek, Kentucky to George and Edna Stanley.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Allyn Moore; parents: George Stanley and Edna Maynard Stanley.

She is survived by her children: William (Teresa) Moore, Stephen (Christy) Moore; grandchildren: Miranda Moore, Nicholas Moore, Wesley Moore, Gregory Moore; siblings: June Scott, Kenneth Stanley, Lola Moore, Susie Igo; two great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Shirley was a Registered Nurse beginning in 1982 and went on to serve for many years. She was also a member of Beta Sigma Phi since the 1970’s.

She was loved and cherished by all who knew her and will be deeply missed.

Flowers are welcomed or you may make donations in Shirley’s honor to Hope Hospice.
