Suzanne Gee12/24/2015Fort Myers, Fl. Suzanne H.(Gingras) Gee, 73 left us unexpectedly on 12/24/2015.Born June 11,1942 in Becancour, Quebec Canada, to Donat & Simonne Gingras.She lived in Canada until she moved to Boston, Ma. to attend Brighton-Stratton Commercial College where she earned her degree. This is where she met her future husband William Gee. They married in 1961 and lived in Wilder, Vt. with Bill's parents until they settled in Canaan, N.H, where they had two children, Jay Gee and Kelly Gee. Suzanne was a long time employee of Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, active in the Canaan Snowmobile Club, helped run the Whaleback Ski Weeks, and loved to spend her Summer's off with her kids.Later, leaving Canaan, she moved to Fort Myers, Fl. Where she has lived for over 30 years. She has made many friends there, and has worked and made friends thru her work.Suzanne was avid animal lover, never living without dogs and/or cats. She loved working in the garden and could always be found planting new things in "her" island where she lived.She left behind her two fur babies, Citrus and Bianca, rescued from the culvert near her work, her son Jay Gee of Boston, Ma. his children, Heather, Hayley and Tyler. Her daughter Kelly (Gee) Loupis and her husband Greg of Hanover, NH. Two sisters, Lise Lavigne and Nica Gingras, a niece and two great nieces all of Montreal, Canada. Visitation will be held at Hodges-Kiser Funeral Home (Cypress Lake Drive (239 481-4341) on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM with a memorial service following at 3:00 PM with the Rev.
