It has taken me some much needed time to write these words for you. Tonya Beckner, you were an inspiration to me through the years of knowing each other from the very first time we met back in Jr High when we both were just kids to the very day you left this world. Through ups and downs you had an amazing appeal and could always bring happiness to my life. Through life you an I have always had a bond, and I am honored to have been a part of your amazing life.........
**** to this very day I catch myself taking up my phone to call or text you to see how your day is going only to realize you are not there to answer!!
I love you and miss you so much... Rest in peace my love!!

Tonya,I miss talking to you on messenger. You my friend touched my heart in so many ways. I will always remember how when I left Rocky Mount you were the only one who stuck by me and kept me sane. I will always remember how you reached out to me to let me know you always had a lending ear so I didn't go crazy. You were and still are a true friend and I'm happy to say that about you. I miss you so much. And I will keep my promise to you and kee5moving forward although I still love him.Fly High my Friend.I love you Tonya.

Tonya, i cant believe you are gone its hard to think you aren't going to be around anymore. I was talking to you a couples weeks before you came down to come visit you i have been so busy with work that i did not have a chance to visit you. I feel horrible about not visiting you you where such a good person you treated everyone like family. You welcomed me into your home like i was one of your kids you cared for me and everyone else. Wish i had the chance to be able to tell You in person that i was gratefully to have you guys around when i was kid. Your in a better place know and i know you will be watching over everyone and your family like you always have.

The moment we met we instantly clicked goofing off and laughing. You gave me your number telling me to save you under "Aunt" Tonya which you still are to this day. The last time I saw you, you were looking so pretty in your church dress. Ill never forget that smile you gave me when i said how nice you looked. Rest In Peace pretty lady, until we meet again.

Tonya, I miss you so much. You should be here. I picked up my phone yesterday to call you, even pulled up your number. Then I remembered, Heaven doesn't have a phone. I was having a bad day and needed to hear your voice. I closed my eyes and remembered the last time we talked. I could hear your voice and it made me smile. I promise that everyday I will close my eyes and talk to you and hear your beautiful voice. I love you, Tonya, my sister from another mother. You were the sister I chose and I would choose you again if given the chance.
