Tyler Troutman was born in Columbus, Ohio June 14, 1993. He came into this world in a hurry, 2 weeks early, breach and backward. He lived every minute of his life to its fullest. He loved to explore, paint, swim, read books, meditate and do yoga. His constant companion was Bodhi, his beloved chihuahua. Bodhi was lucky enough to have a wardrobe more extensive than any human including an outfit for every holiday. An avid learner, he was constantly collecting crystals and minerals and teaching us about their source, vibration, history and meaning. If Tyler was nearby there was a meditation station. Most recently he had many close friends and spent evenings at the Kapua Kava Bar in Fort Myers, Florida where he found love and acceptance. He was also a student of many religions constantly seeking to learn about Christianity, Hindu, Buddhism and others.
Tyler attended the Aveda Institute in Columbus, Ohio where he received a degree in cosmetology. He's worked at multiple salons across the country and had a gift for cut and color. He especially loved to do his grandmas hair. Shortly after graduation Tyler moved to Palm Springs, California. There he found the healing power of the mountains and amazing friends. He attended classes at Copper Mountain College in Joshua Tree, California. He loved to take a selfie. Just take a look at his Instagram- rainbowtrout614.
Survived by parents, Nick and Angie Troutman, and brother, Isaac Troutman. Grandparents; Lee and Jerry Troutman, Don and Kathy Myers and grandmother Susan Lee. Aunt Kim (Brett) Balyeat, cousins Chloe, Max and Molly Balyeat, Aunt Jessica Burkett and Uncle Kevin Davis and multiple extended family members with whom he was close to each and every one.
Greeted in Heaven by great grandparents George and Emily Chaffin, grandfather John Lee and dear friends Mary Breckenridge and Kaitlyn Hatem
Tyler passed away unexpectedly August 9, 2023. He lived life to its fullest. Much like he came into the world he left us too early. I think if he were with us today he would repeat this Hindi quote "Zindagi lambi nahi badi honi chahiye"
